Day Boat Hire on the canals
The perfect day out......
Free to potter along the canal, stopping where and whenever you please. When you arrive you will be given about 40 minutes of boat handling instruction so that you are completely happy and relaxed with the boat. Visit villages and pubs, or simply enjoy a picnic on board and watch the wildlife and countryside go by.
Our operators have specially designed day-boats available from Goytre (South Wales) for up to 12 people and Hilperton (Near Bath) for up to 8 people.
As with our canal boat, narrowboat and barge holidays, no previous experience is necessary, as tuition is given at the start of the day. Prices start at less than £10 per person (depending upon boat and number of people on the trip).
